Good permanent makeup should never be the first thing people notice. For more than a decade, Holly has been creating brows, lips and liner that sit quietly with your features, working with your bone structure, skin tone and natural hair rather than against them.
Shapes are measured and drawn on before anything is tattooed, and you see the design in the mirror first. Pigments are chosen to heal true to colour, so there are no surprises a few months later.
She is a PhiBrows permanent makeup master, holds VTCT and Level 5 Ofqual regulated qualifications, and works fully insured from licensed premises.
