Polynucleotidesin Ascot and Sunningdale
Polynucleotides are a regenerative injectable that helps the skin repair itself. They encourage new collagen, improve elasticity and calm inflammation, so skin looks thicker, brighter and healthier over the following weeks.
They are especially good under the eyes, where skin is thin and fillers are often unsuitable, and on the neck and chest where crepiness shows first.

Who it suits
- Dark circles, hollowness and crepey skin under the eyes
- Thin or crepey skin on the neck and chest
- Dull, sensitive or stressed skin that needs repair
How it works
Consultation
Holly assesses your skin and medical history. Polynucleotides are made from purified fish DNA, so they are not suitable if you have a fish allergy.
Treatment
The product is placed with fine injections across the area, under the eyes or across the face, neck or chest.
Course
Further sessions follow every two to three weeks, with skin continuing to improve after the last one.
Aftercare
- Avoid makeup and touching the area for 12 hours.
- Skip saunas, intense exercise and alcohol for 24 hours.
- Small bumps settle within a day or two.
You will receive full written aftercare on the day.
Questions
Are polynucleotides good for under-eye circles?
Yes. They are one of the best options for thin, crepey or shadowed under-eyes because they improve the quality of the skin itself rather than adding volume.
